Combine a few foods in daily diet to help your digestion can help keep your digestive system running smoothly is always best.

Ginger

Ginger is sometimes used as a natural remedy to treat digestive problems such as diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence and irritable bowel syndrome.

Foods rich in probiotics

Foods that contain probiotics called probiotics are the same as bacteria are found naturally in the gut, it is beneficial for the digestive tract, helping to absorb better food and improving health. Most types of yogurt, sauerkraut salt, cheese … contain probiotics.

Foods rich in fiber
