Bath Is Good For Health

Most of us think that bathing is an activity to clean the body. But a study conducted in Britain showed that diabetic patients undergo a half-hour soak in a tub of warm water may reduce blood sugar by about 13%.

Another study done in Japan concluded, with 10 minute soak in warm water can improve heart health.

Bathing also helps strengthen the immune system, prevents skin diseases, even to heal.

1. Bathing with warm water
